We are now looking for a Software Quality Assurance Engineer / Quality Manager focused on software development who wants to work closely with development teams, projects, and management to drive quality and structure throughout the organization.

As a Software Quality Assurance Engineer / Quality Manager, you will be part of the Quality Management team – a diverse group where different perspectives are highly valued and where differences are seen as a strength in our joint improvement efforts.

In this role, you will be responsible for quality assurance activities related to software development in projects while supporting management teams, line managers, and employees in quality-related issues and initiatives. You will work independently in your assignments but in close collaboration with the Project Quality Managers and other stakeholders of the projects.

Quality assurance in projects: Plan, execute, and report software-related quality assurance activities in development projects as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer (SQAE).
Support for software development: Ensure that quality is integrated into the entire development process and contribute with advice on working methods, processes, and improvement measures.
Quality support to the organization: Act as support to managers and employees in quality issues and drive and follow up quality initiatives.
Audits: Conduct internal audits, both independently and as part of the audit team.
Reporting and follow-up: Report the status and results of quality activities to relevant managers and stakeholders within each assignment.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or other relevant post-secondary education (preferably in software development)
• 5-7 years of experience in quality assurance work within software development
• Experience in audit work
• Experience with certification according to ISO 9001 and/or EN 9100
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with many different roles and professions

Meritorious:

• Education and/or experience in quality management
• Knowledge of standards such as RTCA DO-278A, RTCA DO-178C, and AQAP 2210
• Experience in Configuration Management
• Leadership and coaching experience
• Good knowledge of requirements according to TickITplus
